Our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for ages 14 and up offers a dynamic training environment where students learn essential grappling techniques while improving fitness and mental focus. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, join us to refine your skills, build confidence, and enjoy the camaraderie of a supportive Jiu-Jitsu community.

Class Focus: Our Adult Classes, offered in both Gi and Nogi, focus on teaching effective ground fighting techniques, emphasizing leverage and technique over brute strength. Students learn how to control opponents, execute submissions, and develop strategic thinking for self-defense and sport grappling scenarios.

What to Expect:

  • Expert instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, including positions, transitions, submissions, and escapes.
  • Progressive skill development tailored to individual experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Class Structure:

  • Duration: Each class typically lasts 1 hour.
  • Frequency: We offer multiple Gi and No Gi classes for adults every week:
    Mondays:
    12-1 PM // 7-8 PM (Gi)
    Tuesdays: 6-7 AM // 12-1 PM // 7-8 PM (Gi)
    Wednesdays: 12-1 PM // 7-8 PM (Gi)
    Thursday: 6-7 AM // 7-8PM (Nogi)
    Fridays: 6:30-7:30 PM (Wrestling for Nogi)See our Full Schedule HERE

Attire and Equipment: Students wear gi’s which can be purchased independently or through our gym. No shoes are needed as classes are conducted on padded mats, though sandals or slides are encouraged for easy on/off when moving to and from the training space. All necessary grappling equipment, such as mats and any props, will be provided.
