Lilly Rubio brings an infectious energy and passion to her roles as a Co Kids Coach and Women’s Self-Defense Coach, deeply rooted in her love for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Starting her BJJ journey in 2022 at the urging of her brother, Lilly quickly developed a competitive edge, participating in tournaments such as AGF, JJWL, and IBJJF.
